A flange and pipe coupling structure is provided to assemble flanges easily by placing a pipe on the settling flange and then fixing the pipe on the fastening flange using a fastening ring. A flange and pipe coupling structure comprises pipes(100a,100b), settling flanges(200a,200b), fastening flanges(300a,300b), a sealing ring(400), and fastening rings(500a,500b). The pipe has a ring insertion groove(110). The settling flange includes settling insertion holes(210), a plurality of settling joint holes(240), and a sealing ring insertion groove(250). The fastening flange includes an external insertion hole(310), external joint holes(330), and a ring locking groove(320). The sealing ring prevents the leakage of fluid in the pipe. When the flanges are connected to the flanges of another pipe, the fastening flange is fixed to the pipe so that the settling and fastening flanges are not separated from the pipe.
