A carrying device for the seaside is provided to move a person to the desiring location by moving a treading board. A carrying device for the seaside comprises a steering unit and a boarding unit. The boarding unit is comprised of a supporting plate, a treading board(25), a driving plate(30), a driving shaft, and a tooth gear(35). The supporting plate has a moving wheel(23) on bottom. One side of the treading board is combined in the upper side of the supporting plate through a hinge. The treading board is elastically circulated with a spring(28). The central part of the driving plate is combined in a vertical gear(26) mounted on the bottom surface of the treading board. The driving plate rotates in the multiplication / lowering of the vertical gear. The driving shaft delivers the driving force to the moving wheel. A hanging piece(33) of the driving shaft is thrown on the one-direction of the tooth gear. The tooth gear is formed in the one side of the moving wheel into the columnar direction in order to rotate the moving wheel.
