A welding apparatus for the inner surface of a pipe is provided to maximize frictional force and improve fastening force by driving a carriage in a columnar direction on an inner surface of a rail clamp. A welding apparatus for the inner surface of a pipe comprises a pair of rail cramps(110), and a carriage(120). The rail cramp is formed in a circular shape and saw blades are formed at the inner circumference of the rail cramps. A plurality of chucks connected to the inner surface of a pipe are formed in the rail cramps. The carriage includes three or more pairs of driving wheels(121a,121b,121c) engaged at constant intervals in a columnar direction of the rail clamps and drives in the inner circumference of the rail clamps.
