A method for manufacturing an air bag for water meter is provided to produce an airbag at high pressure corresponding to water pressure so that the airbag can absorb the volume expansion according to temperature variation. A method for manufacturing an air bag for water meter is as follows. In the state where a first and a second synthetic resin combining plate are in surface contact with each other, the first and the second combining plate are fused in a tube shape, the fused plate is cut into the shape of hollow airbag, and an air injection port is formed on one side of the airbag(S100). Air is injected into the cut airbag so that the airbag is expanded(S200). The air injection port of the airbag is sealed(S300,S310,S320).
