A rotatable nozzle device for blasting a pipe is provided to polish the inside surface of the pipe by automatically jetting an abrasive through the nozzle at the same time as rotating the fixing unit. A rotatable nozzle device for blasting a pipe a nozzle(11) jetting an abrasive, and a fixing unit(10) which is integrally combined on the tip of the nozzle. The fixing unit includes a bearing and a retainer and rotates via the bearing. As a pipe fixed to a joint(17) is rotated, the abrasive jetted from the nozzle is sprayed onto the inner surface of the pipe.
