An underwater lighting lamp is provided to enhance durability by using a tempered glass as a front glass and to increase heat dissipation efficiency by using a metal PCB. A housing is installed in a top end of a stand(104). A receiving space is formed inside the housing. A lamp module(108) is loaded in the receiving space inside the housing. A lens cover(110) is installed in a top side of the lamp module. A protection glass(112) of a disk type is manufactured by a tempered glass, and is installed in a top side of the lens cover. A gasket(114) of silicon material surrounds an edge of the protection glass. A fixing ring(116) is coupled with an edge of the housing by compressing a top surface of the gasket. A cable connection pipe(118) is attached in a bottom surface of the housing.
