MICROSTRIP SLOT ANTENNA HAVING DIRECTIVITY

A microstrip slot antenna is provided to vary an operation frequency by separating a microstrip slot antenna part from a parasitic device. A microstrip line(112) of a fixed length is formed on a top surface of a dielectric(111). A microstrip slot antenna part(110) is composed of a ground surface(113) including a slot. A parasitic device(120) is parallel arranged on a top part of the microstrip line. A square slot is formed on a bottom surface of the microstrip slot antenna part. The parasitic device is formed by a flat metal plate of high conductivity. Four fixing bars(130) are vertically mounted in an edge of the microstrip slot antenna part.
