A total billing system for managing a service fee and a mileage and a method thereof are provided to integrally manage a service fee and a mileage by using one integrated billing server. An integrated billing server(120) operates an integrated web site for associating a plurality of cooperating companies. The integrated billing server notifies a cooperating company server of an available amount of money. The integrated billing server pays use details about contents or a service based on a prepaid deposit amount and a pre-reserved mileage. A database(121) stores a corresponding cooperating company per a user, the deposit amount, the mileage and the payment processing result through matching. |
