A manufacturing device of rotation and reverse rotation vortex-typed emulsion oil is provided to maintain an optimized emulsion state by measuring moisture content included in emulsion oil, and to extend a lifetime of a mixing device. A manufacturing device of rotation and reverse rotation vortex-typed emulsion oil includes the followings: a mixing device part(10) rotating two liquids which are not mixed chemically by rotating two blades; a capacity sensor measuring a mixing ration of the emulsion oil passed the mixing device part corresponding to oscillation frequency of an oscillator; an oscillating part(30) changing oscillation frequency according to the capacity; a divider(40) dividing and converting the frequency; a control part(50) communicating with an outer device for remote supervisory control; and an accumulator(70) buffing sudden change of an emulsion ration, and located between the capacity sensor and a combustion engine. |
