A surface processing method of a material using a silane coupling agent is provided to improve adhesive and cohesive properties of the material having low surface energy by using a silane coupling agent process. A surface processing method of a material using a silane coupling agent includes a step for dipping a workpiece which is comprised of a polymer, a metal etc in the silane coupling agent liquid, and a step for drying the workpiece after a dipping process. The silane coupling agent liquid includes an organic material having a functional group can be hydrolyzed and the functional group having reactivity.
