A railway rail construction method of automated guide rail transit type light weight railway and a construction machine for the same are provided to reduce construction cost and construction time by accurately conforming the locus of the railway rail and locus of the guide rail. A railway rail construction method of automated guide rail transit type light weight railway comprises following steps. Before concrete is poured in a railway rail, a guide rail is precisely set up at the vertical wall of a roadbed according to designed locus. A pressing part of a finisher molds the surface of the railway rail in which the concrete is poured and the locus of the guide rail and locus of the railway rail are identical. The guide rail installed at the vertical wall functions as the construction standard of the railway rail. The finisher moves along the guide rail.
