A generator and a wind power generating system including the same are provided to minimize low of an electromotive force by optimally designing a gap between a rotor and a stator. A generator includes a rotor(10), a stator(20), and at least one spacer. The rotor is rotated by an external force. The stator generates an electromotive force by electromagnetic induction with the rotor. The spacer is installed in one among the rotor and the stator in order to prevent a contact between the rotor and the stator. The spacer includes at least one carrier and at least one rolling element. The carrier is installed in one among the rotor and the stator. The rolling element is protruded toward the other one among the rotor and the stator. The rolling element is made of nonconductor material.
