A head device of ultrasonic wave and laser therapeutic apparatus comprises: a main groove(111) which is made of piezoelectric ceramics and is formed in the inner surface; a settling groove(112) formed in the inner center of the main groove; a guide groove(113) formed in the left and right of the settling groove; a ceramics cap(110) forming the base aperture(114); an ultrasonic element(120); and a printed circuit board(130) which is connected to the ultrasonic element and includes the elastic contact point.
