Storage boxes are provided at upper left and right portions of an inner cover covering the head pipe from rearward. Opening circumferential walls (43,44) are provided at the respective opening portions (27a,27b) of the storage boxes. An outer lid and an inner lid are provided to cover each of the opening portions (27a,27b) in an openable and closable manner. The inner lid is integrally attached to the inside of the outer lid so as to hermetically close the opening (27a). The outer lid is formed as an external appearance member. Such a lid bends in a generally doglegged shape as viewed from the side and the opening (27a) is formed such that the upper portion is recessed forwardly.
