A fishing information display apparatus is provided, which can maintain the visible line of the display unit high without making the hand of fisherman troublesome. A fishing information display apparatus comprises: a fishing information receiving part receiving the fishing information about the underwater generated in the fish-shoal detector; a display unit(51) indicating the fishing information about the underwater received by a fishing information receiving part; an optical detecting part detecting the brightness of the ambient light of the display unit; and a luminance change part performing the control changing the luminance of the display unit.
