<p>The machine has a side frame, a plate cylinder (2) that is held in the side frame. An inking system (1) is attached to the plate cylinder. An inking roller (15, 16, 18, 20) is attached to the inking system. A damping unit (3) is attached to the plate cylinder. A sensor body (S2-S5) i.e. microwave sensor, is provided for generation of inductive signals regarding water content of the inking roller-color layer. The sensor body is designed such that the sensor body records profile courses, which describe the water content of the layer in a longitudinal direction of the inking roller.</p> |
