A wireless communication apparatus and a communication method thereof are provided to reduce the reception error of control information transmitted from a data link layer. An MAC SDU(Service Data Unit) processor(1061) divides a signal inputted by an RLC(Radio Link Control) processor. An MAC control element processor(1062) produces data link layer control information. An MAC control element generating unit(1063) produces plural MAC control elements to be offered to the MAC SDU. A scheduler(1065) performs the scheduling for a shared channel in the downlink. |
