An elliptic trajectory sporting tool comprises: a base frame(2); a tower(3) installed at the front of the base frame; a crank(4) which is axis-fixed in the rear of the base frame and forms the circular motion; a guideline link axis-fixed to the tower upper end and a stage link(5) axis-connected to the crank; a handle link(10) axis-fixed to the upper end of the guide link in the tower upper end; an elastic member(16) connected to the chain(15).
