The method involves mounting a swirl duct (4) in an outer jacket surface (5) of a pin (3) or in an inner surface (6) of a sleeve (2). The pin is attached in the sleeve, so that the outer jacket surface of the pin is connected to the inner surface of the sleeve. The swirl duct is defined by a mold. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a fuel nozzle has a cover surface; (2) a burner has spin shovels; (3) a burner arrangement has a central pilot burner; and (4) a gas turbine has a tube-type combustion chamber.
