An improved mobile communication message transmitting method is provided to decorate a short message based on various methods in the phone to phone and web to phone message transmission. A plurality of short message converting schemes are equipped in advance(ST10). A short message is inputted from a user terminal(ST20). One of decoration messages is selected(ST60). The display support range of a receiving terminal is checked(ST100). The selected decoration message is transmitted to the receiving terminal(ST130).
