An intraocular lens injection instrument comprises: a lens holding part (10) comprising: a setting part (12) in which an intraocular lens (IOL) is placeable; and an injection part (11) having a taper tubular shape for rolling up the IOL placed in the setting part; a main body (20) having a tubular shape and holding the lens holding part in a front end; and a push-out member (30) including a push rod (31) provided to be movable in an axial direction thereof inside the main body and the lens holding part to push the IOL out of the injection part. The main body of the injection part is internally formed with an interfering part (16) that will contact with the push-out member to generate a frictional force to adjust operating pressure of the push-out member, and the push-out member is applied with treatment or a shape for discontinuously changing a contact state with the interfering part in the axial direction.
