A meat roasting apparatus is provided to prevent meat from burning by circulating heat generated by a heater inside a main body with convection. A meat roasting apparatus comprises a transparent opening and closing part(20), a heating part(30), a driving part(40), a temporary storage case(50), a meat accepting part(60), a far infrared ray part(70), and a fallen material collecting part. The inside of a main body(10) is checked with the transparent opening and closing part. The heating part is installed at the inner part of the center of the main body. The heating part grills the meat. The driving part is mounted at the upper part of the main body. The driving part evenly hardens the meat. The temporary storage case is arranged at the upper part of the driving part. The temporary storage case temporarily keeps the meat which is hardened. The meat accepting part is located at the lower part which is apart from the driving part. The meat accepting part is rotated with the driving part. The far infrared ray part is mounted on both sides of the inner part of the main body. The far infrared ray part quickly cooks the surface and inside of the solid meat. The fallen material collecting part takes the ash of the fuel dropped down in the heating part. |
