<p>The swiveling mounting for furniture components, e.g. back-, head- or foot-rests, has an arm (2) which is attached to the component. This is connected by a pivot (15) to a mounting (1) on a fixed part of the item of furniture. A lever system (7) is fitted between the plate and mounting which is made up of two crank mechanisms, one of which (9) is attached only to the mounting, while the other (8) is attached to the mounting and the arm.</p> |
