A disinfectant dispensing device and a method for sanitizing the package inside are provided, which can disinfect the package inside conveniently without the restriction of place. A method for sanitizing the package inside comprises: a step of receiving the aluminium phosphide of the solidity in the disinfectant receiving portion; a step of uniting the disinfectant receiving portion(110) and the disinfectant spreader(120) in which the aluminium phosphide of the solidity is accepted; a step of connecting the disinfectant dispensing device to the package shut tightly; a step for forming the phosphine; and a step of disinfecting the package inside by diffusing phosphine. |
