POROUS SOUND ABSORBING PANNEL USING THE BARK OF PAPER MULBERRY

A porous sound-absorbing panel using a paper mulberry bark is provided to improve safety about environment hormone because the natural matter is compression-molded into various forms of panels and the noise effectively is sound-absorbed. A porous sound-absorbing panel using a paper mulberry bark comprises porous sound-absorbing member(400). The method for manufacturing porous sound-absorbing material is as follows. The paper mulberry is steamed over 5 hours. The paper mulberry is peeled off. The bark of the paper mulberry is boiled out for about 3~4 hours. The paper mulberry is kept in warm in ten hours then bast fiber is extracted. The bast fiber is put into the water flowing and the strand of the bast fiber is fixed. Each layer of the fixed bast fiber is regularly intersected or irregularly laminated. The laminated bast fiber is compressed and manufactured into the panel.
