An O-ring mold including a radiating fin is provided to prevent damage to an O-ring by knife and improve productivity by forming the O-ring without joints. An O-ring mold including a radiating fin(117) is made up of a lower mold(120) in which unplasticized rubber is replaced and an upper mold(110) which presses the lower mold. Each of the upper and lower molds includes a body plate(111), a U-shaped molding groove(113), and a burr groove(114) formed along the boundary of the molding groove. End parts(112) of the molding groove are opened to the edge of the body plate, and a radiating groove(115) is formed top to the bottom between the end parts. A protrusion(116) is formed by the radiating groove, and a radiating fin is formed on the protrusion.
