A USB(Universe Serial Bus) retracting structure of vehicle is provided to prevent the passenger on the rear seat from colliding against a USB in crash of the vehicle. A retracting structure of a USB terminal(20) in a vehicle comprises a gear(21), a rope(22), a motor(23), a solenoid valve(24), a support bar(30), and a spur gear(31). The fear is formed integrally on the lower surface of the USB terminal. The rope is formed on the back side of the USB terminal. The motor is connected to the rope, and controls the length of the rope. The solenoid valve controls the backward movement of the USB terminal. The support bar is formed in the middle portion of AV(Audio/Video) equipment(10) to support the AV equipment. The spur gear engages with the gear and rotates together.
