PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the interaction among people and to activate a community and a shopping district by providing a service network system closely related to the community capable of linking the people desiring a household affair substitute service and the people cooperative in household affair substitution among the people in the shopping district. SOLUTION: The people in the shopping district register a virtual mall including a household affair substitute service shop in a server 11. A person requesting household affair substitution requests the offer of a service to the household affair substitute service shop via a residential district terminal 13. When receiving the request, the server 11 specifies a service offerer based on the registration content and reports the requested service and a cooperator list to the shopping district terminal 12 of the offerer. The service offerer request the execution of the service offer via the service cooperator terminal 14 of the cooperator in the cooperator list by using the shopping district terminal 12. The household affair substitute service is offered to the requester by the cooperator accepting the request. |
