A knowledge searching service system based on voice with agents is provided to obtain a reduction of cancellation call and maintenance of effective operation policy by automatically distributing to an agent having low traffic. A voice recorded by a user is provided to an agent having the most little traffic. The agent searches a corresponding question in the management tool connected with a knowledge search related open API in the text format. The open API provides result value about the searched contents of query contents as described above to the XML(eXtensible Markup Language) mode. The WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server automatically produces the return value about query through received XML to the separate WAP page. The user confirms the answer about the contents of a question through the WAP page.
