An origin position correction system of an on/off valve is provided to prevent the noise and the step out of a motor by discontinuing the pulse supply for drive of the motor after recognizing the initializing of the on/off valve. An origin position correction system of an on/off valve comprises a driving unit(230), a valve opening and closing unit(250), and a controller(210). The valve opening and closing unit is automatically opened and closed by the driving unit. When the driving unit reaches the target position to prevent the noise, the vibration and the step out of a motor, the controller recognizes clearly that the valve opening and closing unit is initialized in order to control the driving state of the driving unit.
