A diagnostic plate-spring for droops at a bridge steel bridge top cantilevered section is provided to detect the transformation state of the cantilever section through the operation of a reaction switch. A diagnostic plate-spring for droops at a bridge steel bridge top cantilevered section comprises a rigid frame(110), a reaction switch(120), a connecting rod(130), a first operation leaf spring(140), a second operation leaf spring(150) and an administrator terminal. The rigid frame has a pair of elongated grooves(119) formed in the inner side of a guide plate(111). The reaction switch comprises a push-button hanging on an installation groove. A hinge hole(131) is formed in the inner side while the connecting rod is inserted into the elongated groove. The first operation leaf spring is connected to the end part of a set plate(143). The operation leaf spring is connected to the fixed bracket. The administrator terminal is electrically connected to a connection terminal.
