An organic electrolytic solution is provided to block direct contact of an anode active material and electrolyte, to prevent the degradation of conductive property of lithium ions, and to improve stability, reliability and high charge and discharge efficiency of a battery. An organic electrolytic solution comprises a lithium salt, an organic solvent including solvent with high permittivity, and a polymerizable cycloolefin compound. The polymerizable cycloolefin compound is a norbornene-based compound of chemical formula 1. The content of the cycloolefin compound is 0.5-10 parts by weight based on the organic solvent 100.0 parts by weight.
