A method for producing a nonaqueous secondary battery is provided to secure the desired cement strength with a small amount of binder because uniform distribution of binders within a mixture layer can be obtained. A nonaqueous secondary battery(100) comprises; a positive electrode(111) having a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode mixture layer disposed on the positive electrode current collector; a negative electrode having a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode mixture layer disposed on the negative electrode current collector; and a separator(115) disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the positive electrode mixture layer or the negative electrode mixture layer comprises active material particles and particulate binders adhered to the surface of the active material particle.
