An information storage unit(235) stores restoration value purchase request information including the value purchasing restoration, the restoration receiver information and lottery ticket number authentication information in the storage media. An effectiveness confirming unit(215) confirms the availability authentication about the lottery ticket purchase application information. An information confirming unit confirms the purchase object restoration type information, the receipt customer information, and the acceptance branch shop information. |
