A road surface cutter for manhole repair is provided to enable to vary the cutting depth of a road surface according to the condition of the road surface where a manhole is placed, thereby improving workability. A road surface cutter for manhole repair comprises a fixing unit, a rotating unit, a transferring unit(130) and a cutting unit(140). The lower end of the fixing unit is fixed to the upper part of a manhole cover. The upper part of the fixing unit is rotatably assembled to the one end of the rotating unit. The transferring unit is assembled reciprocally along the rotating unit. The transferring unit is equipped with the cutting unit. The cutting unit cuts the road surface while rotating together with the rotating unit around the fixing unit. |
