A knife for a multi-purpose kitchen is provided to prevent a cooking material from sticking on the knife with a secondary blade automatically rotating in cutting the cooking material. A knife for a multi-purpose kitchen comprises a blade(110), a secondary blade(130), and a grip(120). A mounting hole is formed at a tip-end part of the blade. A connection part and a bolt rod are formed at the rear side top and down of the blade. The secondary blade is mounted on one side of the blade. The secondary blade rotates based on the mounting hole and the bolt rod. The secondary blade separates the cut cooking material by rotating the upper part of the secondary blade to the outside direction. The grip is connected to the connection part at the back-end of grip. The actuating member is inside the grip in order to pound or cut the garlic. |
