An unmanned transportation card and a method thereof for charging the transportation card in a bus are provided to charge the transportation card easily in a bus. A fare charging unit interprets the amount of the cash which is an input. A fare charging unit charges the transportation card positioned at the designated location as the grasped cash. A connection unit connects a driver terminal loaded on the bus with the transportation card. A storage unit(210) stores the charge in the storage space of the driver unit. If the amount of the charge stored in the storage is greater than the certain amount, a transmitting unit transmits the charge to an external charging server through the wireless communications with the driver unit. |
