A manufacturing method of a protective cover for a ship machine apparatus and a protective cover manufactured by the same are provided to protect all kinds of machines from welding spark and paint effectively by using a canvas cloth. A manufacturing method of a protective cover for a ship machine apparatus comprises following steps. A transparent cloth(2) of transparent material and an opaque cloth(1) of opaque material are manufactured. The transparent cloth is cut to be longer than the perimeter of the opaque cloth. The transparent cloth is welded along the girth of the opaque cloth. The overlapped both ends of the transparent cloth are welded and a connection part is formed. The joint is heat-welded by high frequency. On the opposite side of the connection part, a pair of both sides of an overlapped zipper(22) is vertically welded from a part adjacent to the upper end to the lower end. The welded zipper is opened and the transparent cloth is cut along the boundary face.
