The present invention relates to a fibrin tissue ad-hesive formulation containing thrombin, fibrinogen and factor XIII, wherein the thrombin and fibrinogen with factor XIII is present as a mixture in pourable solid granule form and the granules have a particle size or 20-1000 .mu.m. The granules can have a multi--layered set-up consisting of a core of sugar, a fi-brinogen layer and an outer layer of thrombin.
