<p>A mobile WIMAX system and a method for serving emergency call are provided to improve a success rate of emergency call service by providing call service without certifying. A CSN(Connectivity Service Network)(10) provides initial service flow information for data path setting with a subscriber terminal. An ASN(Access Service Network)(20) receives an emergency call service request from the subscriber terminal. When an error is in the initial service flow information, the ASN provides new initial service flow information as a replacement, and set up a data path with the subscriber terminal. An AAA(Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) server(11) provides the initial service flow information.</p> |
