A tablet ejection force measuring apparatus of a tablet compression molding machine is provided to guide the progressive track and transfer the load of the tableting punch through the guide rail, thereby making the configuration simple and improving the productivity. A tablet ejection force measuring apparatus of a tablet compression molding machine comprises a measurement guide rail(14), a load cell(16), a bracket(19), and a disc(20). The disc is equipped with a tableting punch(13) making a raw material into tablet. The measurement guide rail makes contact with the tableting punch and moves by the load transferred through the tableting punch. The load cell is integrally combined on the bottom side of the measurement guide rail and detects the load transferred from the tableting punch to obtain a tablet ejection force. The bracket is combined on the bottom side of the load cell and fixed to a rail body(18) on the machine body so that the measurement guide rail and the load cell are installed in the correct position.
