A refrigerant recovering device is provided to prevent explosion by separating flammable refrigerant and improve the purity of refrigerant even in case gas is sucked. A refrigerant recovering device comprises a vacuum tank(111), a flammable gas cooling tower(112), a cooling tower(113,114), and a storage tank(115). The vacuum tank vaporizes different kinds of sucked refrigerants. The flammable gas cooling tower liquidizes the flammable refrigerant. The flammable refrigerant is included in the gas refrigerant flowed from the vacuum tank. The cooling tower liquidizes gas refrigerant flowed from the flammable gas cooling tower. The storage tank stores the liquid refrigerant flowed from the cooling tower.
