MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DEXIBUPROFEN ARGINATE

A method for manufacturing crystalline dexibuprofen arginate is provided to prepare crystalline dexibuprofen arginate with excellent dissolution rate without a crystallization solvent. A method for manufacturing crystalline dexibuprofen arginate comprises the steps of: (i) dissolving dexibuprofen in reaction solvent; (ii) adding water to the solution obtained from step (i); (iii) adding L-arginine to the solution obtained from step (ii) to obtain crystals; and (iv) filtering, washing and drying the crystals. The reaction solvent used in step (i) is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of isopropanol, ethanol, methanol and water.
