A slide hinge apparatus for a mobile phone having tension band is provided to supply an optimized user environment that has no noise caused by the sliding operation by using an elastic band as the member that supplied an elastic force to the slide plate. A first rotating bar(130) includes a first coupling part(131) at its inside and is ratatively coupled to a fixing plate(110). A second rotating bar(150) comprises a second coupling part(151) at its inside and is coupled to a sliding plate(120). An elastic band(170) supplies an elastic force as the result of that the first rotating bar is engaged with the first and second coupling parts and slides on the second rotating bar.
