A wheel used for an elastic membrane remove tool is provided to cut down the cost of the wheel using a PCD having a cheap small particle or the split PCD. A wheel used for an elastic membrane remove tool comprises a fixing hole(21), a polycrystalline diamond(PCD), a plurality of protrusions(4), and a plurality of polycrystalline diamond pieces(31). The wheel has a upper dish. The fixing hole is formed on the center of the upper dish at the wheel. An electric tool is combined in the fixing hole. A bottom face of the wheel has the polycrystalline diamond whose part is exposed. A plurality of protrusions is formed at a rim of the bottom face of the wheel. A part of a plurality of polycrystalline diamond pieces is exposed to the bottom face.
