<p>A touch screen device for maintaining the high contact sensitivity while blocking the influence of noises signal from a display device is provided to open and close noise signal from a display device without the deterioration of the touch sensitivity of the touch screen device. A transparent electrode(110) is arranged in the rear side of the transparent window covering a display screen. A second transparent electrode(130) places an insulating layer(120) in interval and overlaps with the transparent electrode. A buffer delivers the voltage of the first transparent electrode to the second transparent electrode. A touch sensing circuit unit senses the contact of user through electrical characteristics change showing up in the first transparent electrode placed in the place corresponding to the contact position.</p> |
