CEILING TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

A ceiling air conditioner is provided to increase the heating-cooling efficiency by controlling the opening and closing degree of an air suction port according to the need of a user and the temperature of an indoor. A ceiling air conditioner comprises a case(200), a base panel(300), a front panel(400), and a switch control unit. The case is arranged in the internal space of a ceiling(100). The base panel has an air inlet port and an air blowing port(310). The air inlet port sucks in the air into the case and the air inhaled to the case is heat-exchanged. The heat-exchanged air is exhausted through the air blowing port. The front panel is arranged in the base panel in order to open and close the air inlet port. The opening and closing control unit controls the opening and closing degree of the air suction port by moving the front panel.
