A pitch driver of a wind turbine generator in which reliability of the pitch driver can be prevented from being impaired. A wind turbine generator is also provided. The pitch driver comprises a cylinder (12) and a rod (13) for altering the pitch angle by rotary driving the rotor of a wind turbine about the axis for the rotor head, cylinder bearings (14, 15) for supporting the cylinder (12), between the rotor head and the cylinder bearings, rotatably about a first rotary axis (L1) and a second rotary axis (L2) extending in the direction intersecting the first rotary axis (L1) and the axis of the cylinder (12) and the rod (13), and a rod bearing (16) for supporting the end of the rod (13) rotatably on the end face of the rotor of wind turbine. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
