A road eye having a non-slip function is provided to prevent a car from being broken away although it is separated from an installation point or the heavy vehicles passes on. A road eye having a non-slip function comprises a post(120), a top surface(110), and a thread(111). The post is inserted into a hole formed on the road. The top surface is formed in the upper end of the post. The top surface is square. An anchor(125) is inserted at a plane of the top surface. The plane of the top surface has a groove. A head of the anchor is located at the groove. The anchor passes through the post. The thread is formed on the plane of the top surface. The Post and the top surface are integrally connected.
