A swivel mounted hydraulic punching device is provided to reduce the vibration and noise and to easily approach a core bit from any angle and posture. A swivel mounted hydraulic punching device comprises a fixing bracket, a rotating bracket(15), and a core bit moving unit. The core bit moving unit is pivotally installed in the rotating bracket. The core bit moving unit is consisting of a base(31), a slide bar(34), a screw(35), and a spindle table. A screw rotates reversely with a hydraulic motor(39). The spindle table is mounted at the slide bar. The spindle table goes back and forth with the screw. The core bit is mounted at the core bit moving unit in order to move back and forth. A spindle table assembly is mounted between the rotating bracket and the core bit moving unit.
